- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup keto condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, and salt.
- Add melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla; stir to form a dough.
- Scoop onto the baking sheet and slightly flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- These cookies freeze well β thaw at room temperature before serving.
- Use any mix of nuts you like for variation.
