Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup keto condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla; stir to form a dough.
  4. Scoop onto the baking sheet and slightly flatten each cookie.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden.
  6. Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
