- 1 package (6 oz) strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Jello Base:
- In a large bowl, dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
- Chill the Jello:
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it thickens to a gel-like consistency but isn’t fully set.
- Add the Mix-Ins:
- Fold in pineapple, fresh strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
- (Optional) Stir in chopped pecans for added crunch.
- Add the Whipped Topping:
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
- Chill & Serve:
- Transfer to a serving dish or mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Garnish with extra strawberries or pecans before serving.
