- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup cherry or raspberry preserves (seedless)
- 1 tablespoon water
- Red gel food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- In a small bowl, mix preserves with 1 tablespoon of water. Add red gel food coloring if using. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat (or microwave-safe bowl), melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Pour fudge into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Add dollops of the red sauce across the surface. Swirl with a toothpick or skewer to create bloody patterns.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until set.
- Lift fudge using parchment, slice into squares, and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a more vivid blood effect.
- Top with Halloween sprinkles or candy eyeballs for extra fun.
- Store in fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for 2 months.
