Instructions
- Prep the pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the base: In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Add vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add black gel coloring if using for deeper color.
- Pour and smooth: Pour the fudge mixture into the lined pan and smooth with a spatula.
- Decorate: While warm, sprinkle the top with edible glitter, candy stars, sprinkles, or crushed cookies.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 3–4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
- Slice and serve: Use a sharp knife to cut into squares. For clean cuts, wipe knife between slices or chill in freezer for 20 minutes before slicing.

- No black cocoa? Use Dutch cocoa and add gel food coloring for color.
