Scale
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

- Spread batter in the prepared pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.

- These brownies are fudgier when slightly underbaked—don’t overbake.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
