  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Mix pumpkin, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add spices, soda, and salt.
  4. Blend cheeses, honey, and vanilla.
  5. Layer and swirl batters.
  6. Bake 20–25 min.
  7. Cool before serving.
