- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Mix pumpkin, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Add spices, soda, and salt.
- Blend cheeses, honey, and vanilla.
- Layer and swirl batters.
- Bake 20β25 min.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store chilled up to 4 days.
- Add nuts or chocolate if desired.
