Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (like Ritz), crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed crackers, spreading them out evenly over the casserole.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese over the crackers.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
