- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with crushed crackers, spreading them out evenly over the casserole.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese over the crackers.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Try adding a dash of hot sauce or chopped green chiles for a little kick.
