  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound medium pasta shells
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until well combined.
  4. Shred the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Layer the Crockpot:
  7. In the crockpot, layer half of the cooked ground beef, followed by half of the cooked pasta shells.
  8. Pour half of the ranch mixture over the layers and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining ground beef, pasta shells, ranch mixture, and shredded cheese.
  10. Cook in the Crockpot:
  11. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2–3 hours, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Serve:
  14. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
