- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, pour the melted butter.
- Dip each chicken strip into the butter, ensuring it’s well coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour before breading.
- Use spicy ranch seasoning for a kick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
