Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Base:
  5. In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  7. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, Rotel tomatoes, black beans, corn, green onions, and cilantro.
