Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Cajun Creamy Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken bites to the mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken bites for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, whisk together all ingredients for the Cajun dipping sauce until smooth.
- Serve chicken bites hot, garnished with parsley, alongside the Cajun creamy dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning or a dash of hot sauce to the dipping sauce.
- These bites pair wonderfully with roasted veggies or over rice for a full meal.
- Use chicken thighs for even juicier results.
