  • 2 tbsp (25g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes while preparing the filling.

  5. In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, heavy cream, sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch, and cocoa powder until smooth.
