Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  3. Add the brown sugar and stir continuously until fully combined and bubbling (about 3–4 minutes).
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. The mixture will foam slightly—this is normal!
  5. In a large mixing bowl, pour the hot toffee over the pretzels and gently stir to coat evenly.
  6. Spread coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet in a single, even layer.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating and crunch.
  8. Let cool completely on the pan. Break apart any clusters once cooled.
  9. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with sea salt for added flair.
