Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter (or coconut oil), and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Fold in any optional add-ins (such as chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts).
- Scoop dough into rounds or triangles and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

- For a touch of sweetness, drizzle with a simple glaze made of powdered sugar and almond milk.
