Ingredients
Scale
- 2 flour tortillas (8–10 inches)
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle of garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over two flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge.
- Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded cheese and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
- Place in a preheated 375°F (190°C) air fryer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Keep an eye on it! Pull it out as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown color with crispy edges.
- Allow it to cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice with a pizza cutter into individual servings.
Notes
- Try adding a blend of cheeses like cheddar or parmesan for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
