Air Fryer Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas (810 inches)
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder and Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over two flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edge.
  2. Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded cheese and then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
  4. Place in a preheated 375°F (190°C) air fryer for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Keep an eye on it! Pull it out as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown color with crispy edges.
  6. Allow it to cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice with a pizza cutter into individual servings.

Notes

  • Try adding a blend of cheeses like cheddar or parmesan for extra flavor.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
